On Wednesday, August 22 there will be an author event featuring Dr. Karen Gedney, talking about her book “30 Years Behind Bars” which details her years as the prison doctor at the state prison in Carson City. She’ll be appearing at Browsers Corner Book Store at 6:30 p.m.
